By using the Openherd.com ("Openherd") web site, you agree to and accept the Privacy Policy below:

Member Privacy

Openherd employs every means possible to protect the information displayed by Openherd Members from being misused or used for inappropriate business practices, such as spamming. However, Openherd's principal objective is to expose its Members the widest audience possible and as such all information displayed is deemed public information and has no privacy restrictions. Therefore, Members are solely responsible for the information they decide to publish. Members' personal and private information, such as adverising reservations, billing information, account status, etc., will be kept private and confidential. Openherd does not share any Members' personal or private information with other businesses or individuals.

Member Access to Personal Information

Members have the right to access their personal information, make changes, or remove their information at any time. Members should direct these requests to Openherd Support.

Email Addresses & Lists

When a user submits their email address to sign up for an Openherd account, they agree to receive important member updates from Openherd via email. Openherd does not provide or sell Members' personal information to any other businesses or individuals, including other Openherd Members. Members who do not wish to receive these Member update emails may remove themselves from the list by following the instructions provided in the footer of the email or by contacting Openherd support directly.

Individual Member Farm Privacy

Openherd does not accept responsibility or liability for an individual's or business' personal information that is submitted directly to an Openherd Member. You should read the individual farm’s privacy statements before deciding whether to give personal information to the Member.

Privacy Policy Disputes

Members or any other user of Openherd.com who believes their privacy has been violated in regard to this Policy should contact Openherd promptly so that any issues can be addressed right away.

Openherd reserves the right to modify our Privacy Policy at any time without notice.
